P4C Director

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic direction of P4C (Philosophy for Children) for SAPERE, the national charity that trains education professionals to deliver P4C.

We believe in the power of P4C to transform children’s educational, social and life experiences and are looking for the right person to help us to develop our work. This role entails building and maintaining a collegiate SAPERE P4C community through collaboration and liaison with trainers, members and other educational partners. You will drive P4C advocacy in educational, media and governmental circles. You will have overall responsibility for SAPERE’s training and course provision, including the monitoring and review of quality assurance processes to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality, sustainable P4C. This role will also oversee and drive initiatives for P4C research and development which reflect the needs of our beneficiaries within the current educational climate.
